Its working principle mainly involves triple-shaft motion synthesis, vibration generation, and material screening process.Working Process:1. Triple-Shaft Motion SynthesisThe triple shaft horizontal screen is equipped with three shafts, typically consisting of one main shaft and two auxiliary shafts. The main shaft is fitted with eccentric weights, while the two auxiliary shafts are equipped with eccentric weights of different phases.The motor drives the main shaft to rotate, which, via gears or belt drives, synchronizes the rotation of the two auxiliary shafts. Due to the different positions and phases of the eccentric weights on the three shafts, they generate centrifugal forces in varying directions and magnitudes during rotation.These centrifugal forces combine to produce a complex motion trajectory (usually elliptical or near-elliptical) in the screen box. This elliptical motion includes both horizontal and vertical vibration components, enabling the material to undergo complex movement patterns on the screen surface, thereby enhancing screening efficiency.2. Vibration Generation and Its RoleThe rotational motion of the three shafts is converted into vibration of the screen box, which is transmitted to the screen mesh. Under high-frequency reciprocating motion, the material on the screen jumps, rolls, and slides continuously.The intensity and frequency of vibration can be adjusted by modifying:Motor speedWeight and position of eccentric weightsOther relevant parametersProper vibration settings ensure optimal material dispersion, prevent screen clogging, and improve screening efficiency.3. Material Screening ProcessAfter entering the screen box through the feed inlet, the material is subjected to vibration. Particles smaller than the mesh size pass through the screen openings, falling to the lower layer or being discharged directly as undersize product. Meanwhile, particles larger than the mesh size continue moving along the screen toward the discharge end, forming the oversize product.In multi-deck triple shaft horizontal screens, each layer has a different mesh size, allowing multi-stage classification of materials into various particle size ranges, yielding multiple graded products.
