Product Description Flexible overlapped spring designed for use in static slow dynamicapplications when excessive hardware tolerances exist. Spring designaffords maximum spring deflection. Recommended for use in viscousapplications, such as injection molding and liquid filling equipment.-Suitable for reciprocating and rotary motion-Constant initial compression of the spring over a large control area -Almost Constant friction for low pressure applications.-Very wear resistant-Dimensionally stable-Adaptable to most fluids, chemicals and gases-Withstands severe temperature changes-Interchangeable with O-ring and retaining ring combinations in accordance with ISO-6914The kind of seal is a spring-energized U-cup utilizing a variety of jacket profiles, spring types and materials in Rod & Piston, Face and Rotary seal configurations. used where elastomeric seals fail to meet the temperature range, chemical resistance or friction requirements. Jacket profiles are made from PTFE and other high performance polymers,such as PPS ,PEEK ,UPE . Spring types are available in corrosion-resistant metal alloys, including stainless steel, and C-276 alloy.
