Product DescriptionPRODUCT DISPLAYShort Description:The fiber disk filter is one of the most efficient filters currently available, featuring excellent treatment performance, high-quality effluent water, and stable operation.Leveraging its advantages of large filtration area and small footprint, the fiber disk filter is suitable for municipal applications and also applicable to other industrial fields. The filter cloth is made of a new-type nanofiber material, which prevents impurities from adhering easily and possesses oil-repellent properties. This allows the filter cloth to be cleaned more thoroughly, with minimal attenuation, thereby increasing the filtration capacity.PRODUCT DETAILSThe fiber disk filter is used for advanced sewage treatment. It is installed either after a conventional secondary sewage treatment system or in the secondary sedimentation tank of such a system. It primarily removes total suspended solids (TSS); when combined with chemical dosing, it can also remove partial phosphorus, turbidity, chemical oxygen demand (COD), and other pollutants. Suitable for the effluent upgrading and reconstruction of existing sewage treatment plants as well as enabling newly-built sewage treatment plants to meet discharge standards, it can upgrade the effluent quality from Grade 1B to Grade 1A.Excellent treatment effect and stable effluent quality. When the influent SS ranges from 20 to 30 mg/L, the effluent SS is ≤ 5 mg/L, and the equipment can withstand a shock load with SS of 60 to 80 mg/L.Small footprint and low operating & installed power.Low head loss: the head loss before and after the filter cloth does not exceed 300 mm.Automatic operation.Modular design, featuring simple operation and maintenance, as well as quick filter cloth replacement.The filter cloth of the fiber disk filter produced by our company adopts special weaving technology, which offers high impact resistance and no fiber shedding.
