The cooling water distribution system is made of high-quality stainless steel (304) and includes thermometers, pressure gauges, and valves.Efficient Secondary Cooling: The secondary cooling system ensures billet temperatures are reduced to below 50°C. Components such as the water tank, cooling pipes, air ducts, and protective covers are all made from durable stainless steel (304).Advanced Traction Control: The traction machine features a customizable control program to eliminate slip between the casting billet and traction device. Synchronous transmission of the casting strip is ensured by an AC frequency-conversion servo motor.Synchronous Cutting & Shearing: The strip cutting and shearing machine operates synchronously with the slab pulling process. After cutting, the hydraulic shears automatically return to the starting position using a return cylinder. The system includes a limit switch to adjust the oil cylinder, ensuring precise positioning.PLC-Controlled Automation: The ingot mechanism, shearing machine, and coiler are all controlled by a PLC system, offering features like automatic length counting, roll weight calculation, weight setting, and automatic cutting.Intermittent Coiling & Automatic End-Retention: The take-up machine group moves along a track and adopts an intermittent coiling mode, enabling automatic end-retention functionality.Independent Hydraulic Systems: The system is equipped with three independent hydraulic circuits for the melting furnace, holding furnace, and traction/take-up machines, each with a backup pump.
